I used to watch this short film called "The Snowman" by Raymond Briggs, i actually cried when the snowman melted in the morning when the boy checked to see whether he was still standing, all was left was his nose and the scarf......

Flying solo
Hmmm to tell you the truth, one of my dreams apart from travelling this beautiful world is to learn how to fly, yes thats right, an aeroplane, i have already put that dream at the back of my mind but my dad just talked to me out of the blue that he has this colleague who is taking his exam for the theory part of the course in aviation in being a solo pilot, he said that he will support us through the course if we want to. And yes, he will join me and my brother in flying if we are both going to learn.
Apparently its much cheaper learning how to fly in Australia, and what more to look for when its right at my doorstep - Archerfield Airport according to the website, its 15 minutes away from Brisbane ity itself. The courses are offered from the Airline Academy of Australia (AAA) through the Royal Queensland Aero Club (RQAC), so should be worth the time and effort!
Still at the stage of enquiring at the moment, but financial support which is the most important is ticked, it takes around 12 to 18 months to finish the course and get a license so till than lets see whether i can have an license for cars and planes huh :p
My dad just told me something that i thought was quite touching, he told me that since he cannot fulfill that dream of contructing planes, this explains why he got into Engineering, he will fulfill his dream by seeing us fulfill it since we are his dream.
This is the Cessna 172 that i will be training in when you first learn how to fly, lovely aint it!
Is this is why i always loved wearing aviators, well nows the time, how can they miss this adventure of a lifetime with me? Big SMilez! Wish me luck flying to the moon...........

M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E
I haven't been blogging after i got my job, but dont get me wrong, i have met up with alot of friends with that hectic schedule of mine.
G came to visit and the day that she arrived at the airport i remember her calling me from her cell, i was soooooo thrilled to hear her voice coz i wasnt sure of which date she would be touching down in Hong Kong! Girl, loved spending time with you getting lost and also you bringing me to places in MongKok, lol. big hugs for you.
p.s girl, think you just missed the start of the real winter, after you left, the temperature started decreasing like noone's business, sheesh...
Ape and Fang Yu aka gege also came by to visit heheee, we went to Disneyland on the second day that they came weeeee together with two of gege's Junior college classmates, despite all the negative reviews about the themepark, im soooo proud of it, i totallly LOVED it, it might not be the place for ppl who loves really exciting rides but those who love disney characters who have grown with us as lil children.
The classic mickey face that is infront of the entrance of every disneyland, classically beautiful aint it? Me and Ape outside the 4D cinema called philharmonic micky something i think haha, looking like we really know tat stuff :P

Prison Break

Been waiting for a reply for ages. IM EMPLOYED, yipeeeee!
Heeeez, for those that dont know where i worked before during the winter holidays, im now back there again, 3rd consecutive year since year 2004. Sheesh im considered one of the oldest (not in age okayyyyyyy :p) But time, though the sad thing is like international schools people come and go like the wind.......
Im at the moment, taking over the role as the main receptionist sitting at the front desk 'doing mah thing' yesss my JOB ok and im allowed to go on the net for awhile so here im blogging away when customers and colleagues and guests walk in. *smacks head* n the first thing they see this young ol' chick sitting there. There goes my so called reputation LOL...
To most of my colleagues when they see me again their response is " ......it's Christmas again.." and i butted in ".... AND signalling the long awaited *sesnse the word dripping with sarcasm* annual dinner coming forth on the 02-Feb-2006." Yikes! That means me tooo btw!
Been also stuck on this drama series at the moment, called "Love guaranteed" talks about insurance agents and them promoting thier new insurance product for lovers, hahhaaha.......ermmm so sweeeet~
Insurance. Can it actually insure anything at all in tough times, not alone love.
