Im like finally back on solid land after 12 hours of being awake on the plane. Lemme tell u why i didnt manage to get some rest, i left my contact solution in the suitcase instead of my dufful bag, so i think from now on i can manage not taking out my contacts for 12 hours on end, it was so painful dammmmit =.=
Apart from the awful jetlags, guess the destinations kinda made it better. Heee i finally had the chance to visit Paris, my wordddddd, but i know im going to be back, and this time also to Athens, Denmark, Belgium Germany, swtzerland and Austria, Spain im going to definitely aim for muahhaha!
For those who wonder why Paris is always a place that people would want to go despite the fact being stranded if u don't speak a word of French, even learning a simple See-voo-play and Merci does you wonders believe me hahaaa. The Eiffel tower at night, strolling down the famous Avenue Des Champs Elysees and just pushing and shoving to have a glimpse of Mona Lisa and statue of Aphrodite at the Musee De Lourve is all worth it~ And WEE WEE WEE, it really does look like this in real life. Enchanting...wish you were there baby...
And yes, if you think singapore or Hong Kong has crazy metro maps, think twice coz in Paris even the locals need a map on hand, but thankfully due to some practice im now able to travel on the metro faintz! Incident while purchasing metro tickets at the customer services. People involved: (Brian, Nic, jenny, nice french lady and customer service lady)
nic: Erm, bonjour, eskoozemmuah madame. how do u buy tickets from the ticket machine? customer service lady: ...........(in French)......... nic: erm....parley voo englay? Englay see voo play! Brian n Jenny: looks on nervously Customer service lady:shakes her head....(infrench)............ nic: =_= nice french lady(intervenes and saves the day): Do you want to buy? us 3: wee wee. nic: because the ticket machine is all in french, i just couldnt understand it! ~~~~~~~~~teaching of purchsing metro tickets in progress~~~~~~~~~ Nic:thank u so much, really saved our day! merci bucoup!
After this incident, think because jenny got really excited about finally knowing how to purchase tickets. Bought another 10 carnets when we already have like 10 to use. faintz~
Not to mention the oh-so-lovely things to buy such as pastries, chocolates and accessories at little shops or department stores which i recommend Printemps and Galeries Lafayette if you only have a few days in Paris which i did.

on a side note: Sometimes i just wished that the world is not such a cruel place for souls who just want to live lives simply. Wouldn't it be nice if the world was Cadbury? heeez, aprodesiacs
