Sorry for the upsetting post peeps, i promise i wont do much of that again! *winks* thanku for u guys always caring for me, deeply touched! That's what keeps me going really, you know who you are!
Well shall hop onto more interesting stuf, to be exact, more mouthwatering stuf hahaha....remember i went on this Euro trip in June/July last year? Anyway, i was lucky enough to scoot by Paris walk on its soil and basically try to digest the amazing city in just a coupla days, not too bad i thought cruising on the tube as if i was a local. You have no idea how fast those old trains close, faster than u can say Wait!, Talk about being fast, sheesh...
Anyway, back to tha main topic, i managed to rummage through and locate a long time Parisian tea house/bakery favourite till now since 1862. Originally as a tea house, now situated in Paris as a restaurant and tea house. Their delicious macaroons are well most sought upon.
hahaaa when i first found it, without seeking the cost of how much it costed, i told myself i had to lug this home for my peeps to taste. Imagine when you can eat it right away fresh, even better! haha for those who had the chance to taste it, those were heavenly stuf. lemme show you some of the pastries that they make, argh thinking about it makes me drool..
Their most famous creations - Macaroons. They are crispy small cakes with a soft centre with flavours of the following:
The new flavour for autumn:Macaroon “Ruby Kiss” aroma of chocolate, berries and spices.
Flavours that are permanently available: Chocolate, Dark chocolate( the one that i bought), Vanilla, Coffee, Rose petal, Pistachio, Salted butter Caramel, Cherry amaretto, Raspberry, Orange blossom, Liquorice. Seasonal flavours : Lemon, Praline, Ice mint, Coconut, Chestnut, Grenadine.Special & temporary creations: Java Pepper - Apricot Ginger - Muscovado - Candyfloss - Havana - White amber - Indian Rose - Aniseed - Champagne - Orange Saffron - Lily-of-the-valley - Strawberry Poppy - Gingerbread - Rosanis

well they even have created special heart shaped macaroons for Valentine's Day, gosh no wonder they call Paris a truely romantic place, with long histories of beautiful bakeries and restaurants!
